Returns Policy

It is up to the discretion of Super Home whether a return is accepted or not.

However, if you are not satisfied with quality of the item, we would be happy to address your concern. There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

It would be customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. On our part we will give you a store credit. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charge you bear to return the package, up to a maximum of Rs 150/kg. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back.

  1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you.

We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step:

  1. When we validate your return, we send you a return authorization mail
  2. We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Super Home. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
  1. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  2. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
  3. For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
